Quantumclk Technologies is also developing a robust suite of Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) IPs focused on automated memory testing, repair, and reliability enhancement for memory-intensive SoCs.

Our MBIST IPs are designed to support multiple memory types and configurations, incorporating industry-standard and customizable test algorithms to detect and diagnose memory faults effectively. Built-in repair and redundancy mechanisms help improve yield and reduce manufacturing test costs, while scalable architectures allow seamless integration into complex SoC designs.

These MBIST IPs are currently in the active development phase, with strong emphasis on low area overhead, fast test execution, and DFT-friendly integration. The architecture is being optimized to support hierarchical and multi-memory environments, enabling efficient testing even in large, heterogeneous SoCs.

Alongside technical robustness, Quantumclk’s MBIST IPs are being developed with a focus on cost efficiency and ease of adoption. By offering flexible licensing and integration support, we aim to make high-quality memory test IPs affordable and practical for a broad range of semiconductor products. Our MBIST solutions are planned to be available for production use in the near future, helping customers improve silicon reliability and reduce overall test complexity.
